Music is an important aspect of our ceremonies in Knock Shrine; we have a modern Wyvern electronic-instrument (3 manuals plus full pedal board) in the Basilica, single-manual plus pedal board pipe organs in the Parish Church and Blessed Sacrament Chapel and a digital piano/organ in the Apparition Chapel.
Weekend pilgrimages during the season are generally musically covered by visiting diocese/religious orders leading that particular day. However, we are delighted to feature visiting choirs and/or soloists Mondays to Fridays at 3 p.m. ceremonies in the Basilica. Other Mass times may also be available. For full details please email

The Annual Novena (14th to 22nd August each year) features ceremonies at 3 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. daily. Any visiting choir wishing to participate should make contact as above by the end of May each year.
